DC Comics Fans Unite!

Marvel may have won the hearts of moviegoers with its blockbuster franchise, but there was another comic book company that began roughly five years before Marvel. Yes, that company is Detective Comics (now known as DC Comics). Originally launched back in 1934 by Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson, it's become one of the most successful comic book franchises of all time. If you're a lifelong DC fan, show your support by sporting one of the many DC Comics t-shirts offered here at

Whether you're a man, woman, young or old, you can't go wrong with the "All I Know I Learned From Comics" t-shirt (see below). It features some of the most notable and iconic DC superheros and villains of all time, such as Batman, Robin, Superman, the Green Lantern. Flash, the Riddler, Wonderwoman, the Penguin and more.

What really makes this shirt fun, however, is the short annotations displayed below each of the DC characters' names. Underneath Batman, for instance, the shirt reveals "STAY UP LATE," which makes sense considering bats are nocturnal and Batman prefers to work at night. Underneath the Riddler, you'll see "STOP COWNIN'," which also makes sense (for obvious reasons). Just reading each superhero blurb is a fun way to past the time, and your friends will probably get a kick out of this awesome shirt.

If you're looking for a more traditional DC Comics shirt, you can't go wrong with the classic Superman shirt depicted below. Featuring the Superman symbol on a blue background, it's the epitome of what DC Comics is all about. It's simple, classic, yet features what many people consider to be the most well-known superhero logo of all time.

Here's a fun fact for you: in the DC Comics movie Man of Steel, it was revealed that Superman's iconic logo did not actually stand for Superman. Instead, it was the symbol used to describe hope on Superman's home planet of Krypton.
